En muchos casos, mecanismos como la mediaci\u00f3n y la negociaci\u00f3n ofrecen respuestas m\u00e1s eficaces, m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas y, sobre todo, m\u00e1s satisfactorias.<\/p><p>Por ello, he decidido dedicar una parte importante de mi pr\u00e1ctica profesional a la mediaci\u00f3n y a la negociaci\u00f3n colaborativa, ya sea como mediadora o como abogada que acompa\u00f1a a sus clientes en estrat\u00e9gica y eficaz a un conflicto, sin acudir de inmediato a un proceso judicial. A partir de la identificaci\u00f3n de los verdaderos intereses de las partes, este enfoque facilita la construcci\u00f3n de acuerdos equilibrados, duraderos y ajustados a las realidades jur\u00eddicas, humanas y econ\u00f3micas de cada caso.\nCon frecuencia, constituye una alternativa especialmente \u00fatil al litigio, al permitir prevenir la escalada del conflicto, controlar los
